2:05 a.m. Parents reported that their son and car were missing from the The Ponds apartment area. The parents filed a missing persons report, and the son later was found in Craig.

10:20 a.m. A man reported that two people were sitting in a vehicle across the street from his house in the 600 block of Hill Street, and he thought it was suspicious.

1:16 p.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury accident was reported at Steamboat Springs High School.

2:03 p.m. A ticket was issued to a person riding a bike on the sidewalk in the 700 block of Lincoln Avenue.

2:18 p.m. A father called police for advice on how to handle his unruly teenager.

2:54 p.m. A utility vehicle backed out of a driveway in the 600 block of Meadowbrook Circle and hit a parked car. No one was injured.

2:56 p.m. Extra patrol was requested for monitoring traffic at the stop signs near Soda Creek Elementary School in the 600 block of Park Avenue.

4:12 p.m. Two vehicles in the 800 block of Oak Street that looked to be abandoned were ticketed and tagged for towing.

4:38 p.m. Two parked vehicles reportedly were blocking traffic in the 2600 block of Alpenglow Way. The owners were given verbal warnings to move their vehicles.

5:33 p.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury accident was reported near U.S. Highway 40 and 13th Street.

6:11 p.m. A dark jeep reportedly was blocking mailboxes near Steamboat Boulevard and Fish Creek Falls Road. The owner was given a verbal warning and was asked to move the vehicle.

8:43 p.m. A 20-year-old was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs, possessing marijuana and possessing methhamphetamine. The arrest was made in the 3100 block of South Lincoln Avenue.

10:25 p.m. A Steamboat Springs Transit bus reportedly tried to turn around on Burgess Creek Road and hit a guardrail.
