Jerry Craig: Enron lesson not made

Do I detect that our commissioners have a problem with the definition of when a preliminary decision has been issued? Technical definitions aside, our elected officials have admitted knowing for many weeks that the site application would be "preliminarily" denied, but continued to tell the public that no decision had been received.

This lack of candor in public disclosure of known information has no place in our society. Apparently the lessons of Enron have not reached Steamboat.
