12:36 a.m. A driver ran into a parked car and a retaining wall in the 1300 block of Walton Creek Road. Police responded and arrested the man for driving under the influence of alcohol. He was transported to the hospital, and then to the county jail.

5:58 a.m. A man reportedly was trying to get into a unit in the 2300 block of Ski Time Square Drive. The man reportedly leaned against a door several times. Police responded, found he was intoxicated and transported him back to where he was staying.

10:12 a.m. An attempted burglary of a blue Dodge pickup was reported in the 2000 block of Storm Meadows Drive. Police responded and investigated the reported criminal trespass to the vehicle.

12:13 p.m. A small amount of marijuana was found in a hotel room in the 300 block of South Lincoln Avenue. A caller said the party staying in the room reportedly was smoking marijuana and then left. Police took a report and confiscated the drugs.

4:03 p.m. An intoxicated man reportedly was dropped off by a bus at the Riverside bus stop. Police responded, but the man was gone when they arrived.

5:20 p.m. A six-car pileup was reported on eastbound U.S. Highway 40. One car rear-ended another, resulting in a chain-reaction accident. Two cars had minor damage and left the scene before officers arrived. A report was taken from drivers of the other four cars.

5:39 p.m. Harassing phone calls were reported in the 2700 block of Riverside Drive. Police called the instigator and asked that the calls not be made.

9:22 p.m. People reportedly were loud, laughing and drunk in a hot tub in the 2700 block of Ridge Road. Police responded and warned the people not to make so much noise.

10:41 p.m. Loud music was reported in the 100 block of Maple Street. Police responded but were unable to locate the noise.
