Send-off party for Chris Stillwell on April 17
Steamboat Springs resident Chris Stillwell, who suffered a serious injury in an accident December 15, will return to Steamboat for a brief visit before departing to Bakersfield, Calif., for additional rehabilitative treatment.
Friends are invited to attend a send-off party for Stillwell from 6 to 9 p.m. April 17 at Freshies Restaurant. Those who attend should bring an appetizer to share. Beverages will be provided.
Stillwell has successfully completed a three-month rehabilitation at the Craig Rehabilitation Hospital in Denver.
Bike swap to be held
at community center
Routt County Riders is sponsoring a bike swap from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at the Steamboat Springs Community Center. Register at Sore Saddle Cyclery or Ski Haus. Call 879-5780.

Spring training, tryouts for Little League in May
Steamboat Springs Little League will be conducting spring training and tryouts from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. May 3 through 6, at Emerald Fields. The cost of the program is $65, and registration forms can be picked up at school offices or at the Steamboat Springs Parks and Recreation Department.
