12:35 a.m. A hit-and-run accident was reported in the Torian Plum parking garage. Damage was done to one vehicle.
2:11 a.m. A Honda CRV reportedly caught on fire in the Sheraton Steamboat Resort parking garage. The person reporting the fire said no other cars were nearby and someone was running away from the fire. Police found no flames or damage.
10:01 a.m. A blue Dodge pickup almost ran over two flaggers working on Mount Werner Circle. A license plate number was taken and the matter is under investigation.
1:25 p.m. A pawn shop in the 100 block of Ninth Street reported a man in illegal possession of a weapon.
1:56 p.m. A juvenile was reported as a runaway. The juvenile was found Friday morning in school.
4:22 p.m. An abandoned vehicle was reported in Highland Way.
4:42 p.m. A man reported that a car heading westbound on U.S. Highway 40 cut off his vehicle near 13th Street. The reporting party said he had to slam on the brakes and minor damage was done to his vehicle when it ran into the back of the other car. The car took off. The situation is under investigation.
5:06 p.m. An accident was reported at the intersection of Pine Grove Road and Central Park Plaza. No one was injured.
6:56 p.m. A man reported that title, insurance and registration papers were taken from a vehicle in the 3000 block of Lincoln Avenue.
10:14 p.m. A juvenile was reported trespassing on Steamboat Springs High School property. The juvenile was not allowed on the high school grounds.
11:06 p.m. A noise complaint was made concerning loud people outdoors in the 2400 block of AprÃs Ski Way. They were gone when police arrived.
