Steamboat tennis picks up win

The Steamboat Springs boys tennis team traveled to Loveland on Thursday night and defeated the Indians 6-1.
Steamboat's singles players got the team rolling by picking up the first three points of the match.
In the No. 1 spot, Jonathan Solomon defeated Loveland's Jim Skeffington 6-2, 6-2.
Steamboat's Patrick Ayres went three sets with Sean Hauser before beating him 6-0, 4-6 and 6-3.
Taylor Reed completed the sweep by topping Loveland's Corey Bernhardt 6-4 and 6-3.
In doubles, Steamboat's Danny Weiss and Jon Reese won at the No. 2 position by beating Kari Tarango and Justin Huggenberger 6-2, 3-6, 7-5.
Steamboat's No. 3 squad of Brian Aragon and Jesse Speare-Schaller defeated Chris Johnson and Ryan Foster 6-1, 6-2.
Dylan Roberts and Brian Behrman capped off the Sailor's victory by beating Colton Zimmerman and Chris Stoecker 5-7, 6-4 and 6-3.
