1:20 a.m. A violation of a restraining order was reported west of Steamboat. Steamboat Springs police took a report.

1:52 a.m. An arrest for driving under the influence of alcohol was made at a hotel off Walton Creek Road.

2:55 a.m. A person reported getting a vehicle stuck in the carwash at a business in the 2100 block of Downhill Drive. The police helped the driver get out of the carwash.

6:34 a.m. A domestic dispute was reported in the 2400 block of Lincoln Avenue. The police took an incident report.

6:48 a.m. A backpack with drugs reportedly was found in the back of a Steamboat Springs Transit Bus. The backpack has not been claimed.

11:01 a.m. An officer was requested for a probation check in the 2200 block of Downhill Drive.

11:11 a.m. A man reported a theft from a storage unit in the 800 block of Weiss Circle. It appeared someone broke into the storage unit.

11:30 a.m. Harassing phone calls were reported in the 3600 block of Lincoln Avenue.

1:11 p.m. A vehicle pulling kids on a sled was reported in the 200 block of Caribou Lane. The issue was resolved.

2:27 p.m. A man and woman were reported causing a disturbance on a Greyhound Bus. The police department assisted the bus driver.

2:40 p.m. A man came into the police department looking for a place to stay for the night. The man was assisted.

3:17 p.m. A vehicle was reportedly damaged near the intersection of Medicine Springs Road and St. Mortiz Way.

4:41 p.m. A vehicle reportedly hit an electrical box in the 300 block of Steamboat Boulevard. No one was injured.

6:10 p.m. A vehicle was reported to have gone off the road on U.S. Highway 40 on the west side of town. Reports said the vehicle spun around and went off the road backward. The driver was reported to have a cut thumb.
