n Blue Fest, a fund-raiser for Blue Halterman, will take place from 2 p.m. to 2 a.m. Nov. 8 at the Colorado Bar and Grill. Funds raised through the event will go to Halterman's medical expenses. In mid-September, Halterman learned he had an inoperable brain tumor.

The festival will feature a full-buffet dinner, a cash bar, live music, a raffle and silent auction, and a birthday celebration for Halterman at midnight. Tickets are $15 in advance or $20 at the door. Advance tickets can be bought at All That Jazz, Oak Creek Town Hall and The Colorado Bar.
