Age: 36

Occupation: Realtor

Place of birth: Denver

Q: When did you move to Routt County and what brought you here?

A: My family homesteaded here in 1906, so I have been coming here since I was born. I moved here in 1987 to ski race for Colorado Mountain College.

Q: What's the biggest risk you've taken recently?

A: Hiring a full-time assistant -- Wendy Aljanich

Q: Describe your morning routine.

A: Because I don't drink coffee, Diet Mountain Dew usually kick-starts my day; then it is off to work, work, work.

Q: Has a book ever changed your life? What was it and why?

A: "The Celestine Prophecy" taught me that everything happens for a purpose and a reason.

Q: What's the best piece of advice you've ever been given?

A: The classic golden rule -- treat other people the way you'd like to be treated.

Q: When you meet someone new, what are the first three things you tell them about yourself?

A: I am an accomplished Realtor. I tell it like it is -- no fluff. I will torture you on the ski slopes.

Q: When you were a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?

A: Stunt woman.

Q: What kind of music did you listen to in high school? What kind of music do you listen to now?

A: I pretty much listened to everything and still do -- different music for every mood.

Q: If you could invite any four people over for dinner, who would they be, what would you serve and what would you talk about?

A: Albert Einstein, Ghandi, Sigmund Freud and Emmeline Pankhurst. We would talk about how to make the world better, achieve peace and how they did what they did in their respective times. I don't cook much so it would probably be surf and turf.

Q: In the Meatloaf song, "I'll do anything for love, but I won't do that." What is "that"?

A: Have a sex-change operation.

Q: What is your first memory?

A: Falling out of the crib. Maybe that's what's wrong with me.
