John Bouldin: Highway thanks

I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to travelers on U.S. Highway 40 during our recent series of resurfacing and guardrail projects on northwest highways.
For about a month, motorists along the stretch between Steamboat Springs and Hayden patiently endured single-lane traffic and delays during their commutes, possibly several times a day.
So, on behalf of CDOT, URS Corporation and contractor Intermountain Slurry Seal, I'd like to thank all of you who traveled through our project exercising courtesy and caution. It makes a difference.
