1:07 a.m. A vehicle horn was stuck and blaring on Downhill Drive. The horn eventually was unstuck.

3:46 a.m. Loud music was reported in the 2000 block of Lincoln Avenue. The music was turned off by the time police arrived.

7:30 a.m. A welfare check was made on a 21-year-old woman on Tamarack Drive. She eventually was transported to a mental health facility.

11:54 a.m. A woman came to the police station to report that she was receiving harassing phone calls.

2:06 p.m. A man was reported being verbally abusive at LIFT-UP on Seventh Street. He was gone when police arrived.

4:06 p.m. A Suzuki was reported damaged in the 700 block of Lincoln Avenue. It had a large key scratch.

4:08 p.m. A woman complained that mopeds were continuously driving by her house on Blue Sage Circle. She wanted police officers to stop them.

5:07 p.m. One juvenile girl was given a summons to appear in court on suspicion of shoplifting jewelry from a store in the 900 block of Lincoln Avenue.

5:42 p.m. A man in a car made threats to another man in the 600 block of South Lincoln Avenue. The matter is under investigation.

7:02 p.m. A tent outside the Sheraton Steamboat Resort was damaged. A criminal mischief report was taken.

7:45 p.m. A fire was reported at the LaFarge gravel pit on Colorado Highway 131.

9:13 p.m. A prowler was reported on Rolling Stone Road. Officers could not find anyone when they arrived.

9:27 p.m. A verbal fight was reported at the softball fields at Howelsen Hill Park. The situation was resolved, and no tickets were issued.

10:53 p.m. A group of juveniles was reported sitting in the back of a pickup near Howelsen Hill and being offensive.
