12:28 a.m. Someone reported hearing a baby crying or a women screaming for more than an hour at Shadow Run Frontage. The Steamboat Springs Police Department investigated the area and did not hear the noise.
7:05 a.m. Big-O Tire Stores reported damage to its front lawn on south Lincoln Avenue. Someone drove over the lawn and created ruts.
7:49 a.m. An accident at the intersection of Yampa Avenue and Fifth Street was reported. No one was injured. It involved a Yampa Valley Electric truck and a car.
9:49 a.m. Residents complained that construction was blocking traffic at Jacobs Circle.
10 a.m. A bike was reported stolen from behind Go-Fer Foods.
11:43 a.m. A checkbook was reportedly stolen at the 1500 block of 13th Street. The checkbook was said to have been in March.
12:32 p.m. Harassing phone calls where made by an ex-employee to a business in the 500 block of Lincoln Avenue.
2:34 p.m. A contractor was reported doing work along Ridge Road without a proper permit.
2:39 p.m. A blue Trek bike was reported stolen at Rotary Park.
3:10 p.m. A gray and silver Trek bike was reported stolen at Howelsen Hill.
5:34 p.m. A two-vehicle noninjury accident was reported in the parking lot of Wells Fargo. It involved a white Ford truck and a Honda Civic.
10:06 p.m. A noninjury hit-and-run accident was reported at Sixth Street and Yampa Avenue. It occurred July 16.
