Mad Creek mimosas
Mad Creek Gallery will reopen in its new location at 811 Lincoln Ave. today. Mimosas will be served during and after the parade from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Mad Creek Gallery specializes in fine contemporary art. Call 875-1301.
New exhibit
at museum
A new exhibit, "A Century of Valley Vows: A Community Exhibit," is on display at the Tread of Pioneers Museum. The exhibit traces the traditions, people and attire from weddings in Routt County during the past century.
Art on the Mountain
The second annual Art on the Mountain will be held today through Sunday in Gondola Square at the base of the Ski Area. A variety of regional artists will display and sell their wares from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Volunteer for Art in the Park
The Steamboat Springs Arts Council is looking for volunteers to help with the 29th annual Art in the Park festival July 12 and 13. Call Erin at 879-9008.
Dance club gets a name
Robin Getter has come up with a name for her "Dance Club." She is calling it RG's Dance Club at The Center for Movement Arts.
RG's open 4th
with mimosas
RG's Dance Club will be open today from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. with fresh squeezed mimosas on the deck. The Dance Club will open again at 8 p.m. There is no cover charge. Sit on the deck for the fireworks, then dance to the tunes of deejay J.W. Morgan. The Center for Movement Arts is located on 11th Street toward the river. Call 870-9977.
'Magic Flute' tickets on sale

Riverhouse Editions open

ArtLine runs Thursdays
Steamboat Springs Transit ArtLine runs every Thursday beginning at 11:30 a.m. at the Stockbridge Center. The bus makes a continuous loop between town and the mountain, stopping at or near 49 participating art/music/fine craft and historic sites. ArtLine leaves Stockbridge every hour on the half hour until 7:30 p.m. Consult the SST schedule or visit www.artlinksteamboat.org.
Arts council seeks entries
The Steamboat Springs Arts Council is inviting all interested artists to submit entries for Digital Fine Art 2003, featuring work by artists using a computer. The entry deadline is July 11. Artists can request a show prospectus by sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope to SSAC, P.O. Box 774284, Steamboat Springs, CO 80477 or download a PDF version online at www.steamboatspringsarts.com/callforartists.html. The exhibit will be held Sept. 19 to Oct. 19 at the Depot.
Silent auction at art gallery
The Emerald City Opera Inaugural Season Artwork is up for silent auction and is on display at The Comb Goddess salon and gallery, 1104 Lincoln Ave., Ste. 102.
