Dish: Bowl of Gumbo
Cost: $6.99
Where: Lucile's in Curve Plaza
What's in it: Freshly made with either chicken, turkey or seafood, with andouille sausage, okra, celery, onions and green bell peppers.
The low down: Cajun food in the Colorado Rockies is a good thing and this gumbo is the real deal.
OK, I have no idea on that, considering I've never actually been down South to eat Cajun food.
But either way, this is some good stuff.
It comes with the essential rice and cornbread on the side and it's made fresh every day.
