n The League of Women Voters of Routt County meets at 6:30 p.m. at Colorado Mountain College in Bogue Hall, Room 319. The program, "School finance and how it works," will be presented by Marda Fraser.
n The Over The Hill Gang will hold its December dinner at Catamount Ranch and Club. Cocktails are at 6 p.m., and dinner is at 7 p.m. Cost is $20 per person. Reservations must be made by calling 871-9300.

n The 26th Annual Community Holiday Party is from 6 to 8 p.m. at Howelsen Hill. The party includes tubing on Howelsen Hill, a Nativity scene, caroling, juggling elves and visits with Santa Claus. Refreshments will be served. A limited number of tubes will be available for use.
n The eighth annual Ski Town USA Hockey Tournament is Thursday through Sunday at Howelsen Ice Arena. Call 871-0063 for a game schedule.
