12:11 a.m. A noise complaint was reported in the 1300 block of Athens Plaza. The noisy party was given a warning.
6:07 a.m. A barking dog was reported in the 800 block of Yamonite Road. Police took a report and will issue the owner a citation.
7:12 a.m. A resident in the 1300 block of Dream Island Plaza reported a man had been sleeping in his vehicle for about three weeks.
8:30 a.m. A vehicle hit a deer in the 1700 block of Lincoln Avenue. The impact caused about $1,000 worth of damage and the motorist had minor injuries.
10:13 a.m. Police arrested someone in the 2400 block of Lincoln Avenue on a warrant.
1:01 p.m. Safeway reported a stolen Visa was used to pay for groceries. Police are investigating.
1:41 p.m. A man at Yampa Valley Medical Center was making threats.
2:20 p.m. A theft was reported in the 500 block of Lincoln Avenue.
2:41 p.m. A woman told police she had lost her wallet in her car and needed help finding it.
5:05 p.m. An animal complaint was reported in the 1000 block of Village Lane.
7:11 p.m. An assault and battery was reported in the 1100 block of Lincoln Avenue.
8:59 p.m. An animal complaint was reported in the 2500 block of Melrose Lane.
9:28 p.m. A motor vehicle accident was reported in the 1100 block of Mountain Village Circle.
11:20 p.m. A juvenile situation was reported at Colorado Mountain College.
