2:00 a.m. A man who did not pay for his cab fare on Lincoln Avenue took off running down the bike path. Police could not locate the man.
4:22 a.m. Police checked on the welfare of an intoxicated person at a residence on Primrose Lane.
7:05 a.m. Two motorists were yelling at each other and recklessly driving on U.S. 40 by 7-Eleven. Police did not cite the motorists because they resolved the situation.
9:30 a.m. A bike was found at Steamboat Floral. Police took the item for safekeeping.
11:58 a.m. A lost cell phone was reported in the Steamboat area.
12:35 p.m. Juveniles were loitering in Old Town Square. Police asked them to leave.
1:23 p.m. A check forgery was reported at Mister Money. Police are investigating.
2:06 p.m. A stray dog was reported on Seventh Street. Animal Control responded.
4:18 p.m. A live animal was reported in the Dumpster at Pine Grove Apartments.
5:04 p.m. A female told police she thought she was drugged. Police are investigating.
6:34 p.m. A barking dog was reported at Harms Court.
7:22 p.m. Dogs were reportedly chasing a horse at Whitehaven Trailer Court. Police issued the dogs' owner a citation.
