Two killed in rollover accident

Passengers airlifted to Denver hospital

— Two people died and two were injured early Sunday morning, in a one-vehicle rollover accident on Colorado 131.

Cheyne M. Gallagher, 22, a Steamboat Springs and Denver resident, and Adam G. Nollman, 24, of Silverthorne died as a result of injuries suffered in the accident, according to the Routt County Coroner's Office.

Two other passengers, whose names were not available, suffered serious injuries in the accident and were flown to a Denver hospital.

The accident happened about 4:30 a.m. at mile marker 35.5 on Colo. 131, just north of Toponas in South Routt County, according to the Colorado State Patrol.

The group was traveling north in a black sport utility vehicle. No other vehicles were reportedly involved.

The Coroner's Office ordered an autopsy and a toxicology test. Results are expected later this week.
