7:28 p.m. A man dressed in a costume was disturbing people in the 400 block of Eighth Street.
10:30 p.m. A man at a party in Walton Village Apartments hit another man over the head with a beer bottle. He was arrested and faces a second-degree assault charge.
11:08 p.m. Vandalism was reported at Steamboat Springs High School.
