Darrell and Cindy Akers have been enjoying a visit from her twin brother. He was very happy to be here for the eighth-grade graduation of his nephew, Adam.
Clarence Ludaman was here Tuesday and Wednesday of last week from Grand Junction to attend the eighth-grade graduation of his granddaughter, Desiray Barnes.
Scott and Tammi Mader enjoyed having her father here to visit and attend Harrison's graduation from eighth grade.
The Haven celebrated May birthdays Saturday, May 18. Those being honored for this month were Kathryn Dunckley and Amy Pings.
Beth Doolin was here from Grand Junction the fore part of the week to attend her granddaughter Miriah Doolin's eighth-grade graduation.
Marie Hayes is now a resident at The Haven Assisted Living Facility. Her daughter, Loretta, who makes her home in the eastern U.S., spent several days here visiting and helping get her settled into her new home.
Mr. and Mrs. Bill Pero and Sally Olivito made a trip to Utah last week to attend the funeral of Sally's brother, Kenneth. He was also the uncle of Bill.
Jacob Girty and his wife were here last weekend from Denver to visit his parents, David and Diane.
Margie MacDonald, Vera Crockett, Debbie Daniels and Ginny Winn recently spent five days in Grand Gulch, Utah, on a ladies camping trip where they sunned, biked and explored Indian ruins.
Sylvia Walker enjoyed a visit from her cousin last week who was in this area on business.
Many Hayden families were able to be in Pueblo last weekend for the state track finals to support our team who surely made their parents and school ever so proud of them. Good going guys!
Scott Mader was in Denver last week where he received a checkup following his recent surgery. He received a thumbs up report from the doctor.
