Connor Clayborn Hassig, son of Michelle Younglund and Brad Hassig of Woodville, Texas, was born at 2:45 p.m. Feb. 20, 2002. He weighed 7 pounds, 15 ounces and was 20 inches long. His maternal grandparents are Monty and Susan Younglund of Yampa. His paternal grandparents are Irwin and Charlene Hassig of Grand Junction.
Delaney Elizabeth Johnston, daughter of Summer and John Johnston of Napa, Calif., was born Jan. 10, 2002. She weighed 9 pounds, 5 ounces. Her maternal grandparent is April Bradshaw of Tucson, Ariz. Her paternal grandparents are Fred and Betsy Johnston of Steamboat Springs.
Giovanna Marie Pernice, daughter of Sam and Nikki Pernice of Plano, Texas, was born at 11:28 a.m. March 7, 2002. She weighed 7 pounds, 5 ounces and was 21 inches long. She has two sisters, Alex and Gabby Pernice. Her grandparents are Mary Louise Lombardi of Oak Creek and Aurora Ristau of Villa Park, Ill.
