New hires named at Catamount
Catamount Ranch & Club has named Jim Miller its director of golf and club operations. Miller had been director of golf at Catamount since just after his hire a little over a year ago. The 34-year-old Wisconsin native came to Steamboat by way of Castle Pines Golf Club, where he was a respected golf professional for seven years.
Dave McAtee, club outfitter for the last three years at Catamount Ranch & Club, has also been promoted to director of lake operations. He will now oversee all activities, staff and programming at The Outfitter's Center as well as at the new Lake House.
The club also has a new membership director, Gayle Emigh. Emigh has a bachelor's degree in hospitality management from Ferris State University in Michigan, and a master's degree in adult education from Florida International University. She worked in sales at The Doral in Miami and at The Ocean Reef Club in Key Largo.
California native Suzan Walker is also new to the sales team at Catamount Ranch & Club. She will staff the furnished model at The Cabins at Lake Catamount, lead property tours and support the listing agents.
