WATER RATES TOPIC OF PUBLIC MEETING
YAMPAThe Yampa Town Board tentatively scheduled a public hearing Jan. 30 to review an amendment to an ordinance that would increase the town's water and sewer rates. The board is considering raising the base rate on water and sewer rates to $22. The board must look at increases because of operational costs and ongoing capital improvement projects. Residents in Yampa should watch for posters or call Town Hall at 638-4511 for more information.
