Tammy Marie Cannon Campbell, 33, of Westminster died Jan. 16, 2002, in Denver.
She was born Oct. 23, 1968, in Stuttgart, West Germany, to Janice Hale (Johner) Cannon and Gary Cannon. Tammy lived in West Germany for 2 1/2 years. She spent most of her life in Colorado except for short lengths of time in Nebraska, Texas and Florida. She attended Greeley Central High School and then received her GED from Clearfield Job Corps Center in Clearfield, Utah. Tammy also attended Highland Hills Beauty College in Greeley. She enjoyed creating scrapbooks, arts and crafts and being in the great outdoors.
She is survived by her husband in Christ, Joseph Campbell; her two sons, Zachary Lujan of Greeley and Jushua Sexton of Steamboat Springs; her mother and stepfather, Janice and Jerry Johner; her father and stepmother, Gary and Gina Cannon; three sisters, Jennifer Padilla, Logan Cannon and Nichole Rollins; and a brother, Jeffrey Johner.
She leaves behind her grandmother and stepgrandfather, Twila and Alvin Brungardt; and numerous uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Jeffrey Cannon; grandparents Wayne Hale and Gene and Lois Cannon; and great-grandparents Emil and Gladys Frey.
Tammy became a Christian in January 1999 in a time of prayer with husband Joseph.
Funeral services were held Jan. 22, 2002, at Peterson Funeral Home of Steamboat. The Rev. Thomas Harves officiated. Memorials may be sent to the Salvation Army for Cottonwood ARC, P.O. Box 2369, Denver, 80201.
