SMS OUTING PLANNED
STAGECOACHSoroco Middle School students will participate in a variety of educational activities Feb. 20 at Stagecoach State Park.
Winter Studies Day will expose sixth-, seventh- and eighth-graders to such activities as snowshoeing, outdoor art, cross country skiing, snow caves, ice fishing, orienteering and winter survival.
Children must come prepared with gloves, a hat, snow boots, a warm coat and a snowsuit or snow pants.
Anyone interested in helping with Winter Studies Day should call Amy Pankonin or Kate Hayne at the middle school at 736-8531.
