Timothy O'Konski, a longtime Colorado resident, died Nov. 25, 2002, from a prolonged liver illness. He was 54.
Tim was born May 4, 1948, in North Tonawanda, N.Y., to Henry and Rose O'Konski. He served in the Army following his graduation from North Tonawanda High School in 1964. Tim graduated from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs with a degree in psychology.
Tim enjoyed a long and successful career in construction management. He was a free spirit who loved the outdoors and music.
Survivors include his wife, Paula, of Denver; two sons, Chris and Brent, both of Stagecoach; a sister, Christine Paul of Maui, Hawaii; and two grandchildren.
