The 2002 Holiday Tour of Lights winners were voted on by ballot at the Steamboat Pilot & Today after 11 homes were selected by Pilot & Today readers. The event is co-sponsored by Yampa Valley Electric Association. The prize for the best-decorated home is $175. Second prize is $100, third $75, and honorable mention, $50.
