1:26 a.m. A vehicle with a loud muffler was reported to be driving up and down Yahmonite Road. Police could not locate the vehicle.
2:24 a.m. Police gave a warning to residents in the 200 block of Hill Street to turn down their music.
2:36 a.m. A suspicious person was reported in the 400 block of Seventh Street.
8:09 a.m. A vehicle in the 500 block of Wyatt Drive was vandalized with spray paint. Police took a report.
9:24 a.m. A vehicle in the 400 block of Tamarack Drive was vandalized with spray paint. Police took a report.
9:46 a.m. A barking dog was reported in the 2900 block of West Acres Drive.
10:24 a.m. Owners were asked to untie their dog in the 3300 block of Whistler Road.
11:47 a.m. A large knife was discovered in the 1600 block of Mid Valley Drive. Police took the item as evidence.
12:40 p.m. A group of young people loitering in front of Felix and Fido were gone when police arrived.
1:11 p.m. A trailer caught on fire in the 1800 block of Lincoln Avenue when it hit a transformer.
2:47 p.m. A dog was reported stolen from the Steamboat Springs Animal Shelter.
8:52 p.m. Juveniles at Domino's Pizza reportedly threw paper into the dumpster. They took off when the paper caught on fire.
