12:08 a.m. Semi trucks were making noise in the Holiday Inn parking lot.

12:41 a.m. Several windows in the Holiday Inn were broken after people threw rocks from U.S. 40.

6:56 a.m. Construction noise was reported in the 100 block of Logan Avenue. Police ticketed the crew.

7:34 a.m. A sexual assault was reported. Police are investigating.

8:00 a.m. Police spoke to a man living out of his car near the Mount Werner Water Plant.

8:31 a.m. Fraud was reported in the 800 block of Yampa Avenue. Police are investigating.

9:03 a.m. An animal bite was reported in the 2600 block of Anthony Circle.

11:46 a.m. A lost child was reported on the bike path near Trafalgar Lane. Police located the child.

12:03 p.m. A hit and run was reported in the Wal-Mart parking lot. No one was injured.

1:16 p.m. Juveniles were throwing things over a balcony in the 2300 block of Ski Trail Lane. Police could not locate the suspects.

1:32 p.m. Blue Sage Pizza received threatening phone calls. Police took a report.

6:20 p.m. A man was reportedly dancing in the 400 block of Eighth Street. Police took a report.

10:20 p.m. People were playing loud music, screaming and talking loudly on Fish Creek Falls Road. Police issued a warning.
