Q. When did you move to Routt County and what brought you here?
A. I came here in the winter of 1992 and was only planning on a two-week visit I stayed six months. I had my ticket booked to go home and just before I was to leave I met the most wonderful man in the world my husband, Cary.
Q. What are the best and least favorite things about living in Routt County?
A. The best would have to be the people and the access to such diverse outdoor activities in such an incredibly beautiful setting. The worst, the never-ending cold winters.
Q. If you could invite any four people to dinner, who would they be and why?
A. Jerry Seinfeld, Whoopi Goldberg, Dame Edna and Robin Williams. You'd get a great abs workout and most importantly, we can always do with more laughter; it's so good for the soul.
Q. Who is the most famous person you have ever met and how did you meet him/her?
A. Prince Charles and Princess Diana. My mother is a close friend of Prince Charles; therefore, I met them both at a dinner when they were out in Australia together. He frequently visited my family when he went to school in Australia but I was too young to remember.
Q. If you had three wishes, what would they be?
A. World peace; a cure for cancer; and to live summers here and summer in Australia.
Q. If you could travel to any place, where would you go and why?
A. To the Red Sea in Egypt, because it is one of the best diving locations in the world.
Q. What is the most rewarding part of your jobs?
A. Mocha Molly's Working with such great people and for the world's best boss and, of course, all the extremely generous locals.
