Kyle Kubat, son of George and Judy Kubat of Omaha, Neb., and Tiffany Bell, daughter of Rex and Denise Bell of Steamboat Springs, were united in marriage Aug. 4, 2001.
The Nuptial Mass was celebrated at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Fort Collins. The celebrant was Msgr. George Schroeder of Holy Name Catholic Church in Steamboat Springs.
The maid of honor was Abby Bell, the bride's sister. Bridesmaids were Kim Aguiar, the bride's aunt, Stacy Tafelski and Brenda Dady, the bride's friends, and Christine Woodward and Cheryl Zummach, the groom's sisters. The best man was Kent Kubat, the groom's brother. The groomsmen were Tom Zummach, the groom's brother-in-law, Andrew Fischer and Cory Carmichael, the groom's friends, and Todd and Gregg Bell, the bride's brothers. The flower girl and ring bearer were Hannah Aguiar and Colton Aguiar, the bride's cousins.
The reception was held at the Sunset Event Center in Fort Collins for about 350 guests. The bride and groom had many family members travel in for the celebration, including the bride's 91-year-old great-grandmother.
After a few days of relaxation in the mountains in the south-central part of Colorado, the couple returned to their Fort Collins home. Both are graduates of Colorado State University. Kyle is employed with Tim Carver Landscape Co. and Tiffany is a counselor at Webber Middle School. The couple plans to honeymoon at Christmastime when life slows down. A great time was had by all.
