YVMC holds sports partner program

Women who are looking for a little help to stay active can sign up for Sports Buddies at the next Taking Care of Me Program on Osteoporosis, which will be held at 7 p.m. Wednesday at Yampa Valley Medical Center.

The Sports Buddies program will match women with similar fitness interests to promote fitness for women through friendship. The idea is that when women have a commitment to their "buddies" they will exercise more regularly.

For more information, call Lisa, the Wellness Program coordinator, at 871-2500.
