Police are investigating an unattended death of a 40-year-old man found in a home on Apres Ski Way Wednesday morning.
Assistant Police Chief Art Fiebing could not give out much information regarding the man's death.
"At this point, the case is under investigation," Fiebing said. "There does not appear to be any foul play involved."
A release from the Routt County Coroner's Office identified the man as James
Alan Deutser.
The man was found in a bathtub by a housekeeper.
Autopsy and toxicology tests have been ordered, according to the coroner's office.
Test results are expected next week.
