IN BRIEF: Library drops bond issue plan

Oak Creek — The South Routt Library District will not pursue a bond issue to pay for building a new library in Oak Creek.
South Routt Library Board announced in a press release that after sending out a survey to residence in the district that it didn't feel that the public supported a bond issue.
The district also sited that rising utility costs and the increase in property taxes due to the school bond, passed in November.
