Accused drug dealers nix hearing

Steamboat Springs Two 41-year-old Hayden residents accused of allegedly selling marijuana have waived a preliminary hearing and been bound over to 14th Judicial District Court.
On Wednesday, Anthony L. Gevara and Kristina M. Jones waived the hearing in front of Routt County Judge James Garrecht.
The two Hayden residents have been charged with three class four felonies, intent to distribute marijuana, distribution of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance.
Gevara and Jones were arrested Nov. 24, the day after Thanksgiving, by Routt County Sheriff's deputies and Hayden Police officers.
