New town manager learning the ropes

Oak Creek — Oak Creek's new town manager is settling into his job, but not his house.
Ray Leibensperger has finished his first week of work and so far, so good.
"It's all in an organizational phase right now," he said recently. "But I successfully made it through the week."
Leibensperger spent the week getting to know his co-workers, the town and the complexities of his job. He said he is looking forward to getting the formalities out of the way and seriously getting to work.
He also is looking forward to getting his personal belongings and settling in at home.
"The only things that I have is what fits in my car," Leibensperger said with a laugh.
