Fox Creek Park sets open house

Local developer Wicaka LLC is holding an open house at its Fox Creek Park project at 1169 Hilltop Parkway.

The event is from 11 a.m. until 5 p.m. Friday, and 11 a.m. until 4 p.m. Saturday.

Fox Creek Park offers residential condominiums starting in the $130s, commercial condominiums for lease or for sale as well as flex space. The event is meant to kick off construction which is scheduled to commence in July. Refreshments and drawings will be available.

Mahosky joins True Mountain

Belinda Mahosky has been named director of sales and marketing for True Mountain Homes, Inc., in Steamboat Springs. She is responsible for overseeing the townhome sales for Longview Park subdivision.

The new subdivision is between downtown and the ski mountain, off High Point Drive and Hilltop Lane.

Mahosky brings 20 years of sales experience to her new position. Most recently she was a commercial insurance agent for Sleeping Giant Agency for 10 years. She is on the board of directors for the Steamboat Springs Rotary Club, Steamboat Springs Arts Council and is a chamber ambassador.

Peterson opens stone business

Mike Peterson's new business is written in stone literally.

Peterson has just launched Peterson Decorative Stone Sand Blasting.

A four-year Steamboat resident, Peterson will bring his compressor to your home in order to etch custom stone artwork in prominent stones or boulders on your property. He specializes in signage, house numbers and family names, but also does custom artwork.

"Anything is a possibility," Peterson said.

His home base is 615 Pamela Lane near the Yampa River Botanic Park. But Peterson will work on site for both commercial and residential clients.
