Soroco janitor allegedly harasses some students

Oak Creek A janitor at Soroco High School has been arrested after accusing four students of clogging up school toilets with pencils.
Chris Neil was charged with four counts of third-degree assault and one count of harassment after confronting the students.
"He started pushing and shoving and putting his hands on the kids," said Oak Creek Police Chief Dan Kelliher. "None of them was injured seriously."
Neil was taken to the Routt County Jail after being arrested Friday and was being held there over the weekend until bond is set.
