Edward "Tshankawakan" Moore Jr. died Dec. 9, 2000. He was 50.
Edward was a talented musician and a true minstrel of the Sioux and southern soul. Having played on many dates with the Allman Brothers and Dickey Betts solo projects, he gave a certain southern guitar groove to the local music scene throughout the '90s.
He is survived by his father, Ed Moore Sr. of Mountain Home, Ark.; a daughter, Ashley of Texas; and a brother, Mike of St. Louis.
He was preceded in death by his mother.
