John Milton Reagan of Palisade passed away March 29, 2001, at his home in Palisade. He was 85.

John was a retired schoolteacher.

He was born June 4, 1915, to Charles and Sarah Lee Reagan in Cookeville, Tenn., where he spent his childhood and attended schools. He received his bachelor of science in teaching at Cookeville Tech in Tennessee.

On July, 19, 1964, he married Eleanor Pfenning at Loveland.

John was a Methodist. He was a member of the Lions Club.

He is survived by his wife, Eleanor Reagan of Palisade; a stepson, Bob Cote of St. Louis, Mo.; and two stepdaughters, Elinor Williams of Meeker and Carol Rhodes of Hayden.

He is preceded in death by two brothers, Hugh Lee Reagan and Jeff Reagan; and one sister, Rebecca Rose Reagan.

At his request, cremation has taken place and no services are planned.
