Man arrested on drug charges

— A 39-year-old Hayden man faces three felony drug charges after authorities allegedly found marijuana and drug paraphernalia in his home over the weekend.
John Francis Blyth was arrested at about 8 p.m. at his home in the 200 block of West Jefferson Avenue by deputies from the Routt County Sheriff's Office.
According to a court document, deputies got consent from Blyth to search the residence and allegedly found marijuana concentrate, more than an ounce of marijuana and drug paraphernalia in the home.
Blyth faces felony charges of possession of marijuana concentrate, more than an ounce of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, the document shows.
Deputies went to the home, after they received information that Blyth allegedly was selling marijuana, the document shows.
The Hayden man posted a $2,000 bond. His next scheduled court appearance is set for January.
