Cheyene Yohala Bird, daughter of Sherry A. and Grant W. Bird of Steamboat Springs, was born at 12:30 p.m. Dec. 23, 2000. Cheyene weighed 5 pounds and 13 ounces and was 18 inches long. Her maternal grandparents are Yohala Pullen of Buffalo, Mo. and Charles F. King of Las Vegas. Her paternal grandparent is Gerald Bird of Calgary, Alta, Canada.
