Steamboat Springs In an environment as spectacular as Steamboat's, Robin Wilson's decision to take her business outside makes sense.
"It's a fresh approach to fitness," she said. "You can enjoy the benefits of exercise while taking in the beauty of our natural wonders here in Steamboat."
Fresh Air Fitness is Steamboat's only outdoor aerobic class, Wilson said of her "workout without walls."
The wall-less workouts take place on a 720-square foot deck, with views in all directions including Mount Werner and Sleeping Giant.
"It's exceptional," client Stella Peroulis said. "It's all very personalized, and it's so nice to be outdoors in the nice fresh air. I really like that concept."
Wilson has been Peroulis' personal trainer for three years.
"She's a person you really enjoy getting to know. She really knows her stuff muscle groups, dietary needs, calorie burn she knows everything."
