Christopher Wayne Hoffman, son of Matthew and Amber (Kiniston) Hoffman of Steamboat Springs, was born and died July 31, 2000, at Yampa Valley Medical Center.
He is survived by his parents; maternal grandparents, Valerie Kiniston of Steamboat Springs and Gary Kiniston of Flagler; paternal grandmother, Janet Hoffman of Long Beach, Calif.; maternal great-grandparents, Cecil and Clarabelle Kiniston of Lamar, Lena Phillips of Crossville, Tenn., and Glen McLaughlin of Hotchkiss; paternal great-grandparents, Dolores and Chuck Lounsbury of Bellflower, Calif.; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Wayne Hoffman.
A memorial service was held Aug. 5 at Peterson Funeral Home with Father George Schroeder officiating.
