16 crashes keep officers busy: The Record for Monday, Dec. 4, 2017

1:27 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers were called to check on the welfare of a man at Colorado Mountain College. The men left the campus without a place to stay. He got a ride from a relative.

6:42 a.m. Routt County Sheriff’s Office deputies were called to a report of a crash at Routt County Road and Sagebrush Circle. There were 15 other crashes during the day. No serious injuries were reported.

7:06 a.m. Officers were called to a report of trespassing in the 2900 block of Village Drive. A man who did not have a place to live had been sleeping there. It was an ongoing problem with the man, and he was arrested.

7:23 a.m. Oak Creek Fire Protection District firefighters were called to help a person who fell in the 100 block of Moffat Avenue.

12:56 p.m. Officers were called to a report of people squatting in a residence in the 2600 block of Longthong Road. It was not known who the people were.

2:16 p.m. North Routt Fire Protection District firefighters were called to help a person with trauma in the 57600 block of Longfellow Way.

2:29 p.m. Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue firefighters were called to help a person who fell in the 2700 block of Eagleridge Drive.

6:17 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a suspicious incident in the 3300 block off Apr├Ęs Ski Way. A former roommate was suspected of shooting a bullet through a wall.

10:46 p.m. Steamboat firefighters were called to help a person who fell in the 40100 block of Lindsay Drive.
