Steamboat Springs Ski Town Classic approaching
May 31, 2013
Steamboat Springs — Ski Town USA Golf Classic chairwoman Mignon Stetman has been involved with the summer fundraiser and golf tournament for 15 of the 16 years.
Strangely, though, she's never played golf.
She's never four putted, duck hooked, sliced or hacked her way around.
But somehow she keeps coming back.
"It's because of what it has to offer," Stetman said. "There is golf for two days. You get bang for your buck. I'm passionate about the event. It's one of the best charity events in Steamboat."
Registration for the 16th annual Ski Town USA Golf Classic is open.
