Movies, free concerts back at Steamboat Ski Area this summer
June 10, 2014
In a community that loves everything the outdoors has to offer, the movies and music events on the mountain are just another way to celebrate what makes Steamboat a remarkable place to live.
For it's second year, the Steamboat Mountain Music Series, Coca-Cola Movies on the Mountain and expanded Twilight Mountain Biking will return to Steamboat Ski Area this summer.
"Who doesn't like being outside in Steamboat, especially during the summer when nights are refreshing, friends gather with abundance and the opportunities are endless," Rob Perlman, senior vice president of sales and marketing for the Steamboat Ski & Resort Corp., said in a news release.
The Twilight Biking program allows for evening access via the gondola from 4 to 7 p.m. for bikers to enjoy the Steamboat Bike Park.
Steamboat Bike Park pass holders also will have the opportunity to enjoy three free days at Winter Park and Crested Butte.
