Join the South Routt Parent Teacher Organization for the 18th annual event. Game tickets are 25 cents each or five for $1. A taco dinner will be served in the cafeteria during the carnival. Lincoln Avenue will be closed downtown from Fifth Street to 11th Street for the annual Halloween stroll for children and families to go from business to business collecting holiday treats. The church will serve dinner to spooks and goblins and their parents.
