Join yogic monk Dada Nabhaniilananda in an exploration of the meditative state in an introduction to spiritual mediation. The workshop will explore mantras, chakras and a form of chanting called Heart Circle Kiirtan, which encourages the a natural flow of love and energy. No experience is needed. Local artist Christie Ginanni Stepan presents a solo show, featuring 13 works focusing on the topic of interiority, of home and nests. The pieces share what the artist refers to as a "collage aesthetic," describing layered elements of ink, paint and paper, intertwining themes of domesticity, relationships, coincidence and growth in mixed-media pieces.
