Yoga for teens

Yoga for teens — Library Hall at Bud Werner Memorial Library, 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.
Teens ages 12 and older will learn the Gayatri Mantra (to encourage learning and memory), salutes to the sun (to strengthen and stretch the body) and Nadi Shodhana (breathing to balance the hemispheres of the brain). FREE. Parents are welcome to observe, but teens are encouraged to learn yoga independently. Bring a yoga mat and towel.
